How to Clean & What to Care of Solar PV Module for Better Life ?

1. TYPES OF WATER -Avoid Using Water with High Mineral Content

We know soft water necessary with less than 250 TDS (Our VMS soft water is fine for us). More hard water increase stains which directly affect our solar panel generation.

The most important consideration to keep in mind is that scratching or damaging the glass in any way will reduce a panel’s energy production. It’s best to approach panel cleaning the same way you might clean your car.

2. WATER PRESSURE -Do Not Use High Pressure

It should not increase more than 35 Kg / Bar. Nozzle play bigger role to increase pressure which directly force to solar panel.

A nozzle is used at the end of the pipe to control the water's pressure. Nozzles come with a variety of added features with pressure settings.

3. WATER TEMPERATURE

It should ideally be the same as the solar panel temperature. The different of temperature is not acceptable more than 25 degrees.

Greater difference between the water and the solar panel may be cracking glass of solar panel due to thermal shock.

4. TIMING OF WASHING

Best time of washing is early morning (7 to 9 AM) or evening (6 to 8 PM). At this time production is low.

5. STAINS REMOVER - Never Use an Abrasive Material to Clean the Solar Panels

Best is Rinse the module subsequently with soft and sufficient amount of water.

If you use minimal of water which create stains and if you try to remove it than it will damages the Anti-Reflective Coating on the glass of the panel.

        6. BACK SIDE OF PANEL

First of all it is not require routine cleaning.

Cleaning of dust only use soft sponge or micro-fiber cloth without any sharp tool which can damage the solar panel back sheet.

     7. DO NOT EVER WALK ON SOLAR MODULE

Know the difference between Perc, TOPCon and Heterojunction technology (HJT)....

Solar panel manufacturing technology has come a long way over the years & there have been significant advancements recently with the introduction of mono PERC, Topcon and mainly Heterojunction technology (HJT) technology. These new technologies have led to improvements in solar module efficiency, durability and overall high performance so making them a more viable and cost-effective option for solar PV power generation. Colleagues, Let us know each  solar PV module  technology and understand the differences. 👉💥About PERC Technology : PERC stands for Passivated Emitter & Rear Cell. The PERC solar cell has a presence of a passivation layer at the back side of the cell which helps to minimize recombination losses and increase light absorption.  The key role of the rear-side passivation layer is to reflect light that passes through the silicon cell without being absorbed back into the silicon. By reflecting this light, the passivation layer gives the solar cell seco...

Lobel Solar Fencing Machine / ZATKA MACHINE / An Electric Security Fence / 9327007854

DESCRIPTION OF SECURITY FENCING AND ITS  WORKING IN  GENERAL Lobel Security Fencing is the modern day’s alternative to the conventional type of perimeter protection. These are active fences and punish the unwelcome intruder the moment they touches the fence or try to tamper the fence. The conventional types of fences are only passive fences and cannot resist the intruder if they try to forcibly intrude into the protected area. The Security Fence gives a sharp, short but a safe shock and creates psychological fear. Against any tampering the alarm incorporated in the system gets activated and alerts the inmates of the protected area, which facilitates them to counter the unwelcome intruders. The Security Fence is scientific fence and works on Energy with backup facility to run uninterruptedly during the nights as well as cloudy days. The whole system can be derived into two segments, one is the Basic system with CS 250 Unit (Without keypad) and the other one is the Fenc...

From solar to pump hydro storage - Budget 2024 is for India’s energy transformation.

Lobelsolar -  Energy transition remain a key focus area for the government with solar, nuclear and pump hydro storage getting a policy push with industry experts saying it will provide a major fillip to the capacity addition in the renewables sector. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana launched in January this year to install rooftop solar plants to enable 1 crore households obtain free electricity up to 300 units every month has received an overwhelming response with more than 1.28 crore registrations and 14 lakh applications. Details showed that the government allocated Rs 8,500.35 crore to solar power (grid), showing a rise of nearly 79% against the revised estimates of the Budget 2023-2024. With an objective to further boost the renewable sector, the government in Union Budget 2024 allocated Rs 19,100 crore to the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy against Rs 12,850 crore allocated in the Interim Budget in February. The revised esti...
